I grew up in the small towns and fields and forests of New Hampshire. The timeless time I spent wandering over stone walls, and resting by beaver ponds, allowed me to weave a deep connection with the natural world, and also with all that exists beyond what meets the naked eye. Early on, I was drawn to connecting with presences that I felt, but could not see. I was consistently delighted by how they seemed to work through, and with, the natural world. I became conscious of how the sudden flight of a hawk was directly related to the thought I had just experienced. I became aware of signs and symbols and synchronicities.

Alongside my deepening relationship with nature, I began attending the yearly dowsers convention, a gathering of people, mostly adults, who worked with honoring their connection to their own innate intuition and also their relationship with the divine. I felt deep validation to experience adults taking all this wonder seriously. Within my young mind, the reality of connection with consciousness in all of life and in the unseen world was anchored in, and I never closed that door between the wonder and magic of childhood and the big world of adulthood.

As I matured, my journey led me to working with many different healers and teachers, and into a deep study of energy, creativity and of the depression that impacted my life for many years. As an Aquarius, my mind was active and inquisitive, so I was always studying my experience, even when it was very painful. I described it as an undercover mission to understand depression wherein I was so deeply involved that I often forgot I was undercover and I became lost in the abyss. :)

Subsequently, I became very intimate with many levels and aspects of depression and acquired much insight and wisdom on this topic, especially as it relates to the realm of the unseen world that I so cherish and am delighted by. I have come to a vast understanding of the power of CREATIVITY to heal one back from depression to feeling like themselves again. I offer tools and concepts and support in this area, and have a deep respect for those in the thick layers of this experience.
